Nail Standing: A Practice of Presence.

Nail standing isn’t about pain - it’s about coming back to yourself. We live in an era of constant overload. Too many thoughts, too much stress, too much tension held silently in the body. The mind rarely stops. The nervous system stays locked in survival mode. And gradually, people lose connection with who they are. That’s when most people discover this practice.

The nails act as a powerful anchor - shifting attention away from mental noise and back into the body. Breathing deepens. The nervous system begins to settle. The mind slows down on its own - no force, no pushing through, no performance required. The practice works through presence, not pressure.

What This Practice Supports

• nervous system regulation
• grounding and stability
• reduced mental overload
• emotional release
• clearer focus and decision-making
• deeper body awareness
• calm, steady inner state

The nails are simply the tool. Attention is what changes everything.

WHAT IS NAIL-STANDING & HOW IT WORKS

Nail-standing is not about pain. It is training your attention under pressure.

The moment you step onto the nails, the body activates instantly. Breathing deepens.
Mental noise slows down. Attention returns into the present moment. You stop escaping discomfort - and learn how to stay with yourself inside it.

🔥 How the practice affects you ?

PHYSICAL

  • releases deep body tension
  • activates body awareness
  • improves circulation and grounding
  • helps the body shift out of stress mode

NERVOUS SYSTEM

  • slows racing thoughts down
  • reduces internal overload
  • creates a feeling of safety and stability
  • helps the body and mind regulate naturally

MENTAL & EMOTIONAL

  • improves focus and clarity
  • builds inner stability under pressure
  • helps you stay present instead of reacting automatically
  • restores connection with yourself

A moment many people recognise

Around minute 3-5 something shifts. At first, the mind wants to escape. Then the body adapts. Breathing slows down. Mental noise becomes quieter. And suddenly the discomfort is no longer the focus. Presence is.

Many people leave feeling calmer, clearer and deeply reset.

WHY PEOPLE CHOOSE MAYA ZEIN ?

I don’t have programs, courses or fixed methods. I don’t teach and I don’t “lead” people anywhere. I work with state and attention. People usually come to me at moments when it’s no longer possible to understand everything through the mind alone - when too much has happened, the body feels tense, attention is scattered, and there is no inner silence left from which clear decisions can be made. I create a space where attention moves out of mental noise and returns back into the body and the present moment. When the state begins to settle, clarity and decisions arise naturally - without force and without fighting yourself.

My Experience

• 1000+ private one-to-one sessions
• many years of work with people experiencing stress, overload and high responsibility
• creator of Sadhu boards used around the world

I work only with what I have personally lived through and deeply understand through the body and direct experience.

Why Do People Return?

People don’t return because of the nails or the practices.
They return because after our work something inside becomes quieter, steadier and clearer.

WHAT A SESSION LOOKS LIKE

Each session is a private, unhurried meeting with a clear structure. We take ±2 hours so there is enough time for the body and nervous system to settle. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced. The session follows a consistent framework that supports clarity and presence:

What Happens During a Session

• grounding and arrival into the body
• intention setting
• guided nail-standing practice
• breath and attention work
• integration and stabilization

The structure is stable. The experience is individual. I adjust the intensity, timing, and focus of each part to your current state and capacity.
